Congratulations on your SteamSpa sauna purchase. Please read and follow all installation, operating, and probe maintenance information thoroughly. SteamSpa recommends that licensed plumbers and electricians perform all installations.
Lifetime warranty on SaunaSpa Infrared Sauna replacement parts . SaunaSpa warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Parts, which become defective within the warranty period, will be repaired except for damage due to negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Any parts claimed to be defective must be shipped freight prepaid, to SaunaSpa and the repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender freight collect. When sent to SaunaSpa, the product must be accompanied by the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date, as well as the sender’s name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and any other information relating to the sender’s claim. This warranty applies to products produced by SaunaSpa after June 1, 2005.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and terminated upon transfer of ownership. This warranty shall not apply to any claims arising from the misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation, including but not limited to exposure to fire or to excessive heat, and other hazards of nature. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, components, and the parts attached, or installed with it. Nor for injury to any person, any claims for damages arising form the use, installation or servicing of the product. The purchaser is responsible for providing adequate access to the equipment so that any necessary service may be performed. The purchaser must establish, by dated sales slip, invoice or deliver receipt, the date of purchase. All costs for removing and reinstalling the sauna including the freight charges to and from customer shall be at the customer’s expense.

The sauna has now arrived and it's great. It went together very easily and took less than an hour to complete. I had a Sunlighten brand sauna before that was much more difficult to assemble. This one heats faster than the Sunlighten and the cedar gives the entire room a pleasant scent. We're quite happy that we selected this model and Modern Bath was very responsive. They also gave us an excellent price.
The sauna was slated to ship between August 10th and August 15th. Today is September second and the delivery company called to say that it will be here tomorrow. That's quite a bit longer than I was led to believe that it would take. Covid, I suppose....
Luxury at its best! I use it daily to help my arthritis and lighten my mood with the light therapy. Highly Recommended! So many benefits!

I am greatly happy with my Tub. It features a quick drain pump to eliminate the need to wait for draining. It also features a heater to keep the water warm for those times when I want to sit. I like the hydro massage for a few more minutes. The hydro massage with 8 jets is the greatest experience, it relaxes all those tired muscles after a long day's work. I extremely suggest it to everyone.
I got this last month. This walk-in is very nice and works great. The jets work so well. If you are looking for a good walk-in tub, this would be a good one to get 5 Stars all the way.
This bathtub is nice and compact which was a huge advantage for me as I don't have a large bathroom. The jets are great so it feels like a true massage in the comfort of your own bathroom. The controls are easy to maneuver through so you don't have to run around through the instructions trying to figure out how to get it started. Overall, it's really a nice bathtub at the end of a long day.
